Photography Studio Rental in the Historic River Market - Kansas City, MO

I am currently accepting limited rentals, for the time being, taking appointment requests via email. Please reach out if you are interested in scheduling something.

My studio is located off 3rd street in the beautiful historic River Market in the Bourgmont Lofts (formerly the Delaware Lofts). This building is a work/live space offering a lot of natural light with a wall full of east-facing windows, a solid white wall, original brick, tall ceilings, and unique shelving with plants(slowly turning into an indoor jungle).

Due to this being a working space, the setup and props are always changing. Contact me if you would like to see current photos of the space. Studio tours are also available upon request.

• First Hour = $75

• Additional Hours= $50 - No minimum requirement to rent the studio

Additional Studio Information. Please Read!

As a precaution for each other and our clients, I require that everyone wear masks while in the building and anyone not being photographed remains wearing their masks while in the studio. I sanitize surfaces and fabrics between use (unless you have knowingly booked around another session) to try and decrease the chances of exposure. If you or your clients knowingly have or have been exposed to COVID-19 and or are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, please reschedule your rental. I do collect a $25 non-refundable retainer fee to reserve your time in the studio, if this fee is not paid in a timely manner before your rental your time will be cancelled from the calendar. In case of rescheduling, that fee will transfer over to the new agreed-upon date. There will be no rescheduling fee, until further notice. If you are a no-call or no-show to your rental, your fee is not refundable or transferrable and you will not be able to rent from the studio again. If you are late to your rental, you are not guaranteed additional rental time and any extra time in the studio will be charged accordingly.

*As a reminder, the studio is part of a live/workspace. Renters and their clients/guests will need to keep noise to a habitable minimum. As a rule of thumb, if it would annoy you to hear it coming through the wall in your own home, it’s too loud for the studio.

If noise exceeds an acceptable/normal level during your rental, you may be asked to leave. There will be no refund available if this occurs and future rental will not be allowed.
